About us
Odlewnia Poznańwith a family tradition
We started in 1950 making foundry patterns. Today, our plant in Janikowo produces the entire part: pattern, mold, casting, CNC machining, and powder coating.
The foundry grew out of Bogdan Brukwicki's family pattern-making workshop. Adjatech was founded in 2012, and in 2022 came Adjatech Metalworking, a company that casts only aluminum alloys.
We make castings for the defense sector and for the automotive, machinery, and construction industries. Our customers are companies from Poland, Germany, Scandinavia, and Southern Europe.

Melting and materials
Foundry aluminum
We specialize in aluminum castings. We prepare the alloy in three furnaces with digital control of the melting process, then pour it into permanent molds, sand molds, and die casting molds.
Aluminum castings
We cast only aluminum alloys – made to order, in permanent molds, sand molds, and by die casting, from prototype to series production.

Permanent mold casting suits series production where repeatability and a smooth surface matter. Sand casting suits prototypes, short runs and large parts. High-pressure die casting is chosen for large series of parts with complex shapes and tight tolerances. We select the process based on the drawing and the quantity.

We cast aluminum alloys only, in accordance with PN-EN 1706 – including EN AC-42000, 46200, 46500, 47100 and 51300. We select the alloy to suit the casting process and the part's operating conditions.
Yes. We make casting patterns (wood, resin and steel), core boxes and permanent molds in our own pattern shop and, for some projects, with trusted partners. We use 3D scanning and design, 3D printing and CNC machining.
Yes. We usually cast prototypes and short runs in sand molds, and series production in permanent molds or by high-pressure die casting. For a quote, a drawing or 3D model and the planned quantity are enough.
Yes, in-house: milling on 3- and 5-axis CNC machining centers, turning on CNC lathes, as well as grinding, polishing and powder coating in RAL colors.
Adjatech Metalworking Sp. z o.o. holds ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) certificates issued by TÜV Rheinland Polska. They cover the production of aluminum castings and lettering. The current certificates are valid until June 8, 2029.
