05 · How we work

How we make castings for the power industry

We make castings for the power industry to the customer's drawing or 3D model. Castings used outdoors are protected with a powder coating resistant to corrosion, moisture and UV radiation.

Aluminum combines low weight with good thermal and electrical conductivity, and when protected with a powder coating, it withstands many years of outdoor service.

From drawing to delivery – order stages

  1. Drawing and quotation data

A 2D drawing in PDF or a 3D model in STEP format, material or alloy, quantity per series and per year, and requirements for machining, coating and acceptance.

  2. Analysis and process selection

We check feasibility, select the process and alloy, and prepare the die concept already at the quotation stage.

  3. Die or pattern

We design permanent molds, die casting dies and patterns in CAD/CAM and make them in our own facility.

  4. Casting, machining and finishing

We cast the parts, trim off the gating systems and, on request, CNC machine, grind and powder coat them.

  5. Inspection and Delivery

Inspection according to the drawing and technical acceptance conditions within an ISO 9001 system, with delivery in Poland and abroad.
