Every great story begins with passion—and ours is no exception. Our roots are grounded in a family tradition: the Brukwicki family has practiced the foundry craft for generations. The Pattern-Making Workshop founded by Bogdan Brukwicki shaped our specialization and our relentless focus on casting quality. Over time, the expertise gained in model making and precision metalworking became the foundation for building a modern foundry.
Our history: from vision to a modern foundry
Adjatech was established in 2012 in response to the growing needs of the metal industry in Poland and across Europe. Our mission was to combine artisan know-how with state-of-the-art engineering. Inspired by Europe’s best—German precision foundries, Italian specialists in artistic castings, and French manufacturers renowned for detail—we implemented standards that helped us quickly become a trusted supplier of both technical and artistic castings. Today we deliver precision aluminium castings using sand casting, permanent-mold (gravity) casting and high-pressure die casting, supported by tooling design, pattern making, CNC machining, and surface finishing.

As the leadership team at Adjatech, we unite a craftsman’s mindset with advanced engineering. Our technical expertise—spanning aluminium alloys, molding technologies, and casting methods—allows us to supervise and continuously optimize every stage of production. We know that precision is as much about experience as it is about technology, so we refine melting, pouring, gating and risering, and final machining to ensure dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and on-time delivery. New era: Adjatech Metalworking Sp. z o.o.
Driven by dynamic growth and rising demand for high-grade aluminium parts, in 2022 we established Adjatech Metalworking Sp. z o.o. This new entity sharpened our focus on specialized aluminium castings for the automotive, aerospace and construction sectors. Taking cues from Swiss and Swedish benchmarks—where precision and automation set the pace—we invested in modern CNC systems, laser cutting and advanced casting technologies. The result is higher efficiency, tighter tolerances and enhanced detail fidelity, strengthening our position in Poland and throughout Europe.
Growth and expansion: European standards with Polish craftsmanship
From our earliest years we have combined traditional sand casting with modern permanent-mold and die-casting solutions. Building on our family heritage and European best practices, we introduced quality controls aligned with ISO 9001 principles and adapted our processes to meet stringent environmental requirements. Our products soon reached customers in Germany, Scandinavia and Southern Europe, where our quality, consistency and engineering support earned recognition among demanding industrial clients.
